 Re: a key !!??
Wait a minute you are saying that the key that is on the right side of the X66 is to turn it on? How could that be? the other day I was playing the organ and I noticed the empty slot or lock where you insert the key; I asked the seller where was the key, and they said they didnt know where was it, and were looking for it; I didnt ask the seller what was the key for? for the seller had said previously that he didnt know anything about the organ; but I was playing it. So what is the key for?

 Re: a key !!??
Does that mean that the X66 I was playing without the key, was probably bypassed and that seamed that the organ was probably broken of some part? Becauese all I did was pressing the green lighted rectangular switch and that was it you could hear the organ. I still dont understand.

 Re: a key !!??
The key switch was designed so that the organ could be secured to keep it from being turned on by just any person that walked up. The X-66 is a professional organ and was often placed in many settings (bars, clubs, concert halls, etc.) With a turn of the key, the owner could cut the circuit so that the green power switch didn't connect. Most owners probably never used the key and left it set so that the green power switch always worked. Through the years, most of the keys were probably lost. I don't have a key and I'll bet that most owners don't have one either. You said that the organ works. You are in good shape just as you are. You don't need a key. Just press the green rectangular switch to turn it on/off.

 Re: a key !!??
Ok thanks for that answer, but that means that the key is useless that you can play the organ no matter what, one more question, at that time when I was testing the organ, y noticed that the arpeggio wasn't working or did i need to turn some switch around on? sorry I love the X66 but I dont know much about it, its the organ of my dreams, my entire life, really; and unfortunately I still dont have it
