 Why buy the Hammond X-66?
Hello, I am looking for a fun Hammond that in some way will also be able to create the B3 growling sound. Having owned C3 and a B3's in the past I am open to the newer models, as they have more fun sounds on them. Plus the price of these, H100, X77 and of course X66 does not have the B3 craze about it, so it is reasonable.
I do like the H100 and X77, as they have the same Tonewheel generator 91 wheels, with the H100 coming closer to that B3 sound, as it has tube preamps. However the X66 has a completely new Tonewheel generator 12 wheels and so the question is what makes it more fun than the other two?

Hi, The X66 was on that time, the state of the art model of Hammond. And you can play different styles on the organ,it's have only not the growl of a B3.
